Please let us know within 10 days so we can file a claim. No claim will be accepted after the time. Please email us your order number and pictures of: 1) The Broken Item 2) Shipping Label 3) Boxes Regardless of Damage 4) Packing Material so we may file a claim on your behalf. Send ALL DAMAGED item pictures at the same time per package. We CANNOT file more than one claim per box. DO NOT discard the damaged item as the shipping companies may ask to see the damage in person. Once the claim is approved, then we will either: 1) Ship the replacement along with your next order 2) Credit you If you receive something that doesn't turn on: Email one video of the item that doesn't work attempted to be turned on and one that is working when powered by the same location.
