Damaged goods: Although we pack everything as good as we can, something might get damaged along the way. All damaged merchandise will claim through UPS or FEDEX. The process goes faster when buyer calls UPS direct and submit information. Please have your tracking number ready before you call.
If you prefer to have us file complains with UPS on your behalf, which will take a week or so longer, please email or fax us a copy of your invoice and clearly mark out the broken item. Once we get the claim approved with UPS, we can resend the item.
Return: Returned items will not be accepted unless it is clearly a manufacture issue. Accidentally chose the wrong color is not a reason for return any item.
